dbc2000卸载了，然后从新安装，安装dbc2000后，从新启动电脑后，然后从新在控制面板上配置一下路径，然后从新启动引擎即可解决StartTimer exception: An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland Database Engine (error $2108)这个错误
